MW Exchange swaps USDT on the TRC20 network (Tron) for cash hryvnia and US dollars — and sells it for cash: you bring hryvnia or dollars to the cash desk and receive USDT TRC20 in your wallet. Selling coins for cash works in six cities — Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv and Chernivtsi; buying works in some of them. The form on this page prices selling USDT TRC20 for cash hryvnia in Kyiv. Below: what to know about the Tron network, how the rate works and how the exchange goes.
What you can do with USDT TRC20
- Sell it for cash — hryvnia or dollars, in six cities.
- Buy it with cash — hryvnia or dollars, where that exchange is open right now.
What is working right now and at what price is shown on the USDT rate page: a table by city with buy and sell prices, where a dash instead of a price means the exchange is closed at the moment. Clicking a price puts the city and direction into the form. For dollars, see the USDT to dollar rate. The form doesn’t price payouts to a bank card: a manager handles those by hand.
The Tron network: what to know
TRC20 is the token standard on the Tron network. USDT on TRC20 and USDT on ERC20 are the same Tether coin on different networks, so for an exchange they are different directions. A Tron address starts with the letter T, an Ethereum address with 0x. A transfer to an address on the wrong network can be lost, so the network in your order must match the one your wallet or platform sends from.
Fees on Tron are paid in TRX, the network’s own coin: without TRX in your wallet, a USDT transfer won’t go through. By our measurement on 19 September 2026, one USDT transfer on Tron burned about 6.4 TRX, or roughly $2.17; on Ethereum a transfer then cost about $0.28. That was the state of the day, not a rule: the price of energy on Tron and of gas on Ethereum changes. Keep 15–20 TRX in your wallet and check the current fee before sending. The rate and how long it holds
The rate depends on the amount: it is better for a larger sum, and the form calculates the exact rate for yours. The order minimum and maximum are shown in the form too, and they differ between cities. Once you create the order, the rate is locked for five minutes; while you fill in the form, the timer next to the rate shows when it will be recalculated.
When you buy, a fee for sending the USDT to your wallet is deducted. It is fixed, and the form shows it before you order: the “Receive” field shows the amount that will reach your wallet. The percentage next to a price in the rate table is the difference from the market price of USDT; where it comes from is explained in how exchange rates are set.
How the exchange goes
- Choose the direction and city and enter the amount — in the form on this page or in the rate table.
- Create the order — the rate is locked. When buying, enter your TRC20 address.
- A manager contacts you, confirms the details and agrees a time to visit the cash desk.
- Selling: the address to send USDT to is on your order page; cash is paid out at the desk once the transfer is credited. Buying: you hand over cash at the desk and the USDT arrives in your wallet.
A Tron confirmation usually takes about a minute, but the manager agrees the time of your visit, and cash is paid out during the desk’s working hours. What to bring is covered in cash exchange: how the meeting works.
Documents for larger amounts
The exchange may check where the coins came from; for a large amount, the law may require documents. Tell the manager about a large amount in advance: the cash is prepared before you arrive, and the manager can tell you what to bring.
