At MW Exchange, USDC is swapped for zloty by hand: a manager runs the deal and, after your request, quotes the rate, payout method and place, and timing. We accept USDC on the ERC20 network only. Below: where to start, how to estimate the rate in zloty and how to get through the exchange without losses.
Start with the network
If your USDC sits on a trading platform, its withdrawal screen will offer several networks — often Solana, Base, Polygon or Arbitrum among them. We need Ethereum (ERC20). Addresses on Base, Polygon and Arbitrum look exactly like Ethereum ones — 0x… — so a mistake stays invisible until the coins are lost. Two more points: Ethereum network fees are paid in ETH, and the platform may charge its own withdrawal fee, so check it before working out the total.
How USDC turns into zloty
The rate goes through the dollar: the USDC price in dollars times the dollar/zloty rate, minus the exchange’s margin. A hypothetical example (round numbers, not today’s rate): USDC at $1.000, the dollar at 3.65 zł; the reference is 3.65 zł per USDC, or 5,475 zł for 1,500 USDC before the margin. A bank shows a different figure because it adds its spread and doesn’t buy USDC, and a P2P price is one seller’s price. Why the numbers differ is explained in how exchange rates are set.
How the exchange works
- Contact the manager: chat or your number in the contact block on this page.
- Give the USDC amount and the city or way you want to receive zloty.
- The manager quotes the rate, payout method and place, timing and the order of settlement. Ask how long the rate holds, too: the zloty moves against the dollar during the day.
- If you agree, send the USDC on ERC20 to the address the manager gives you.
How not to lose money
- Find the manager through the site, not through Telegram search: scammers register look-alike names.
- Anyone asking for your BLIK code wants to take money from your account: BLIK codes are for paying, not receiving.
- A prepayment to a stranger “for a check” or “for a reserve” is a reason to stop.
- The exchange may check where the coins came from; for a large amount, the law may require documents.
