This page is for buying USDT (Tether) with cash Ukrainian hryvnia. You create an order on the site, a manager agrees the time of your visit to a cash desk, you hand over the cash, and USDT is sent to your own wallet on TRC20 or ERC20. We are the exchanger and earn on the spread between our buy and sell prices, so compare offers by the final amount, not the headline rate.
How buying for cash works
- Order. Choose the network, enter the amount in hryvnia, paste your wallet address and add your Telegram username. The form shows how much USDT you get before you submit, with any fixed payout fee already deducted.
- Rate fixed. The rate is locked when the order is created, for the time shown in the form. If it runs out, create a new order at the current rate; there is no penalty.
- Visit agreed. The manager confirms the details and agrees the time and place of your visit. Cash desk addresses are not published on the site.
- Cash desk. You hand over the cash, it is counted, and USDT is sent to the address in your order. Check it in your wallet or a block explorer.
Orders are accepted around the clock; cash is accepted during cash desk hours.
Cities and the rate
Cash desks operate in six Ukrainian cities: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv and Chernivtsi. Buying is not open in every city at once: the table on the USDT to hryvnia rate page shows what is open right now and how far each price is from the CoinGecko market reference. The form here is set to Kyiv; for another city, click its buy price in that table. Card payments go through a manager on request. For cash dollars, see the USDT to dollar rate.
Network and wallet
Choose the network your wallet or exchange account supports. TRC20 addresses start with T, ERC20 addresses with 0x, and the network in the order must match the wallet: coins sent to another network may be lost. Fees for your later transfers depend on the network and its load; on 19.09.2026 a USDT transfer cost about $0.28 on Ethereum and about $2.17 on TRON, but that is a state of the day, not a rule. Keep 15–20 TRX to send USDT TRC20 yourself. Never share your seed phrase: only the address is needed.
Documents and final checks
Under Ukrainian financial monitoring law, for a large amount the exchanger may ask for an ID document and proof of the origin of funds; ask the manager in advance. Do not split the amount to stay under a threshold: splitting is itself a risk sign.
Before handing over cash, check the network, that the address was copied rather than typed, and the figure in the “You get” field. If you spot a mistake after submitting, tell the manager before the visit: a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed. To sell USDT for cash, see exchange USDT for hryvnia.
